Kenya Advanced Institute of Science & Technology is designed to be representative symbol of the Konza Technopolis in Kenya. The project will bring sense of place with indigenous landscape & social/cultural identity as well as cost effective design with maximum local resources. It is located in the University Band at Konza Technopolis with a site area of 58,278m2 out of which the buildings in phase one occupy a gross floor area of 35,787m2.
